1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and iCrown ("iCrown", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://icrown.cam (the "Platform").

iCrown operates under an international gaming licence and provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming services to eligible players. These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including registration, deposits, wagering, bonus participation, withdrawals, and any interaction with iCrown's support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and use an iCrown Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. iCrown strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gambling principles and international licensing requirements applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not in the course of any commercial, professional, or business activity.
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by iCrown or its affiliated entities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of iCrown or any of its software, game, or payment service providers.

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. iCrown employs detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, iCrown reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending wagers, and forfeit all balances without notice or liability.

As part of our KYC obligations, iCrown may request the following documents prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet interface or bank statement showing account holder name)
• Source of funds declaration for large transactions where required

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. iCrown will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify iCrown support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, verification, or geo-restriction measures implemented on the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. All wagers placed on iCrown are final subject to the applicable game and betting rules. iCrown does not guarantee any return on any wager.
• You will not use the Platform while knowingly under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other users.

iCrown reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms of Use is suspected or confirmed.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). iCrown accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and all FPX-participating banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Individual payment method maximum limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. iCrown targets the following processing timelines, though these are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours
• Direct bank wire transfers: 15 to 60 minutes

Funds deposited into an Account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested. This requirement exists to comply with payment processing partner terms and to prevent payment arbitrage.

7Bonuses & Promotions

iCrown offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and Crown Loyalty Programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagering activity.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, payment method, and residential address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• iCrown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially disadvantage players who have already commenced wagering in reliance on the original terms.
• Any winnings generated from Free Spins or bonus credits will be credited as Bonus Funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

Systematic exploitation of promotional terms, collusion between players to maximise bonus extraction, or any conduct determined by iCrown to constitute bonus abuse will result in the immediate voiding of associated bonuses and winnings, Account suspension, and potential permanent Account closure.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on iCrown are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any wager before confirmation. iCrown will not accept claims for reversal of wagers based on player error after confirmation.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, iCrown reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Any winnings paid in error will be deducted from the Account balance. Where the balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, iCrown will set the Account balance to zero and the shortfall will be written off.

For sports betting, the following specific conditions apply:

• All odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In-play bets may be refused at iCrown's discretion where the event has already concluded or where there is reason to believe the information used to place the bet was obtained after the fact.
• Void bets (e.g., abandoned events, postponed fixtures) will have the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• iCrown reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or on accumulated winnings across any period of time.

All slot and RNG-based games on the Platform use independently audited random number generators. Published RTP figures are accurate to the parameters provided by the originating game studio.

9Responsible Gambling

iCrown is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable within Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined periods, configurable within Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after defined periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent self-exclusion available on request via the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications displaying the amount wagered and the duration of your current session.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity information
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any programme to interact with the Platform in an automated manner
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live games or sports betting markets
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to exploit non-public information to gain an advantage in sports betting markets
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, systems, or security measures
• Any conduct that iCrown, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players

11Intellectual Property

All content on the iCrown Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, audio, and video content, is the property of iCrown or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from iCrown.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iCrown shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform
• Any interruption to the availability of the Platform caused by factors beyond iCrown's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment system failures, or force majeure events
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Any loss arising from your reliance on odds, game information, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain inadvertent errors

iCrown does not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Termination of Account

Either party may close an Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact iCrown support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

iCrown reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age

Upon termination for cause, iCrown reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation and to permanently forfeit balances where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iCrown holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with iCrown's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

iCrown endeavours to resolve all Player complaints promptly and fairly. Players with a complaint should first contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure outlined by our licensing authority.

15Amendments to These Terms

iCrown reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, iCrown will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with the effective date displayed in the page header. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
